OUR PROGRAMS

We offer a dynamic range of programs aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the entertainment industry. Our Kuumba program is dedicated to fostering Black creative expression and talent development, while Blackbook serves as an essential networking platform and resource hub for Black professionals in entertainment, providing valuable connections and industry insights. Additionally, our DEI trainings equip organizations and individuals with the tools and understanding needed to build inclusive, equitable environments.
Through these initiatives, we empower underrepresented voices and strengthen Central Florida's cultural and creative landscape.
